Alex Polizzi is off to Plymouth, where the owners of a sprawling holiday let and wannabe wedding venue have major problems. Just six weddings are booked all year, so bosses Neal and Tracey are concerned. Their dreams of transforming a decrepit property overlooking Plymouth Sound into St Anne's House, a detached, seven-bedroom rental with a pool, bar, hot tub, glamping units, into a nightmare. Alex attempts to work her magic once more.
