Summary:
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet Grantham couple Sam and Andy, who bought their bungalow shortly after wheelchair user Andy had a motorcycle accident, believing that single-level living would be the answer. But he has had enough of its dated interior, narrow corridor and uneven floor levels and wants somewhere new. Sam, however, believes they are better investing in home improvements. Kirstie and Phil settle bring their expertise to the table - but which way will the couple fall?
