the tracker works fine... trackers have nothing to do with speed.. thats not how
bit torrent works in the first place... if you ever have a problem with speeds,
it's a problem on your end, likely to do with your client settings.
go read the faq at the site for your client..
i suggest using utorrent, and reading the utorrent faq... it's detailed and
extensive and will solve most problems by simply reading through it fully..
