the first post was clearly a parody of misogynism. it was making fun of people who have that attitude, rather than of the apparent target. |

from having worked in the insurance industry (yeah it was horribly evil, but it paid relatively well), i can inform you that the primary reason insurance rates are higher for men is simply because they do far more driving on average. |

rofl! sexist comments aside, i find it hilarious that any of you would even respond; especially in such an embarrassingly impassioned way. yeah sisters, lets change the world one eztv post at a time! for a website predicated on copyright infringement, i don't think this is the forum for taking the moral high ground. let's stick to comments amenable to the videos posted and not perceived states of social inequity and degradation, eh? so... worth the download or not? |

would you be my girlfriend? i am not trying to offend you. i am serious. this offer is genuine. women with character being rare, i thought i'd ask. if you live anywhere near eastern usa/canada the offer stands. unless you are married then forget it. |

i expect this to be a re-airing of the fox show from april of 2001. if so, it's a compilation of footage that's available on the internet - though they've paid some minimum-wage lackey to find the originals, so it's better quality and doesn't say "ebaum" in the corner. mostly police chases, but with some awful weather conditions and poorly designed roadways, fox then overlays some pompous-ass (male) narration to characterize the poor shlubs caught in these situations as "maniacs" and "idiots." (and, with a nod to the above postings, it's here - in these mainstream narrations - that the real work to eliminate misogynism needs to be done. because, if the unfortunate driver happens to be female, this prick-of-a- narrator is sure to say something akin to: "here's a little lady who should have stayed in the kitchen." ) but, generally, these aren't the "worst drivers in the world;" they're people caught in the worst driving *conditions*. and rather than inject even a moducum of education as to what one *should* do, should one find onself in a similar situation (which would require some degree of empathy), the narrator finds fault with "the other." he probably then drove home - jelly donut in one hand, cel phone in the other, steering with his knees - to find his wife just left him. of course, i could be wrong (except about the ex, with whom i'm currently "just" friends). if anyone *does* watch this and there *is* anything redeeming (or even amusing) about it, please *do* come back to post your recommendation. till then: pass |

thanks lesuth for apologizing and languagepolice for showing the corrections.i really would have appreciated a little "lol" or "j/k" or something at the end of your post dvdking instead of wasting my time because there are people that still think that way and i just wanted to put them in their position. you really don't want to push my feminist buttons... from ogluktu: my previous was obviously to the attention of fortinbrasa... this "fortinbrasa" account is actually that of my boyfriend's. he goes on this site not me, and he just showed me dvdking's comments because he knows how angry i get at misogynism and i couldn't let it go. |

more or less. well, let's just say it's a lot less these days if you're speaking of america. it's not exactly free is it, what with the patriot act, and an administration of assclowns doing it's best to overturn the constitution. america's only as free as its most impoverished class and i have an eerie feeling you've never experienced first hand the dreary life that many of the poor in america endure day after day. |

@fortinbrasa and the spelling police first, it wasn't to smart of the first poster to make that post, obviously he thought everyone was from a very civilized country where women have had rights, you can tell he was just trying to get people riled up, he admitted it was a joke, i think everyone could se immediately that it was a joke, a distasteful one, but a joke nonetheless, so a simple "not funny" would have sufficed. now, you on the other hand, flatly pointed out his grammar errors between their and there, and as i believe, had more or less called him retarded. maybe he has issues, maybe he doesn't, or maybe it was a simple mistake. however, whatever his reason, that did not sit well with me. "i" can not tell the difference between there and their no matter how much you tell me, and slowly and more often lately, the differences between too and two and hear and here. i am not retarded, i am not uneducated, if anything i have one hell of a higher iq than you and him combined, what i do have is a brain tumor along with a few other accompanying neurological disorders. next time before calling someone uneducated or stupid for spelling mistakes, remember that some of us do have problems, not to mention the medications we get make it even more difficult to write properly. so it takes a lot of effort to get past the medical issues mentally, and i have no desire to have someone reminding me all of the time, and i am sure everyone else with a problem feels the same. i am sick of the grammar fixers all over the place. i am grammatically inept, and i like it. |

talk about a thread gone haywire... (sidenote) the guy in the red 4x4 jeep who loses his mind when he hears the amount of the ticket..classic! oddly enough my voice also goes up a notch in pitch whenever i have a nice conversation with the police. |

thank you, no! it sounds too much like you might be from somewhere where folk drive on the left side of the road. i've been to london and, crossing the street, i'd qualify for "the world's worst *pedestrians* caught on tape," there. my iq's around 115, too - but i'm well aware that that's only 46 in any country that uses celsius! |
