hi,
is there a way for me to know what my ratio is?
thanks,
yoav
if you use utorrent -> help menu -> show statistics.
for individual torrents there should be a ratio tab. if it's not there right
click on another one and select ratio.
other program - use google.
in azureus, there's an indicator at the bottom of the main screen. hover the
mouse over it, and a box pops up. it says: "use google." (kidding - gives the
historical stat.)
I have noticed 'MeGusta' showing up in a lot of titles these days. I never used to see that on any torrent site, especially this one. The only place I ever saw that was on newsgroup sites. I've used eztv for many years because of its reliability and quality. Has anyone ever downloaded one of these 'MeGusta' files? If so, how is the video quality? I ask because almost every attempt at downloading a 'MeGusta' file on a newsgroup site has failed. The few that successfully downloaded were corrupted and would not play at all or for more than a few minutes. So, I have never seen a good 'MeGusta' file. The file sizes that this release group reports are way too small. I think this is part of the problem. I think we should ban the 'MeGusta' release group. Anyone else agree?
@Fireman007: there were some issues regarding torrents posted in the last 2 weeks, so that seeding was not completed succesfully. Maybe this is why you got corrupted MeGusta files. Otherwise, MeGusta encodes are smaller because they use the newer codec X265, which compresses up to +50% better than X264 at the expense of hardware compatibility.
Please do try to download new files again after the seeding fix and let us know if you still have problems.
Hi
When I open the site this also appears in the upper left hand corner below the tab "SQL error".
(quotes are mine) any idea what this is referring to?
I can still download, but lately the torrents have been very few and there have been shows that I
know have new episodes but they never appear, does the error have anything to do with it?
@Meixia: the SQL error has been fixed. It has nothing to do with the amount of torrents. Just that in this week, there are less posted (everywhere, not only on this site). Some releasers have stopped posting, so we have to wait for some others to catch-up.
