Can't have RSS work for "the office"

anyone know what my problem is? i'm using azureus and it looks under the.office
and it can never download it automatically. all the other shows work with rss.

if you are testing against current feeds at the time of posting it won't get
any matches because there aren't any the.office entries right now.

the feeds only hold the most recent 25 or so releases.

try testing again when you know for sure that the.office is in the list.
(double check by looking at the rss feed in your web-browser to see if an
entry is present)

i mean it doesn't work when "the office" is new...this is the only one that
doesn't work. when i look @ the rss plugin in azureus it just keep intializing
an d checking but can't download it. i can't imagine i'm the only one with this
problem? it won't download "the office" automatically using rss. i've used all
feeds (the 2 eztv, the 2 mininova, etc...), still no luck when the office
becomes available

just tried it here with the 4x14 ep that was released a few mins ago on the
tvrss eztv feed.
works completely as expected, so your problem lies somewhere other than the
filter term itself.

exactly which feeds have you tried (urls please) ?
what's the content of your fail rule (exclusion list) ?
have you marked the the.office filter as a regular expression ?
have you selected a directory to save to in the filter, and does it exist/have
appropriate permissions ?
do you have any data in the from/to range ?
do you have smart filter enabled, and if so are there any office entries in
the download history tab ?

you say all your other filters work, so play `spot the difference` with them,
and see what stands out about your office entry.

etc etc.

i had exactly the same problem with ashes to ashes (reported in one of the shows
comments)-- had to download all of them manually. all other shows worked (and
work) properly, but not ata. so there may actually be some problem somewhere in
the rss feed.

since ata is pending, maybe my settings are not very useful any more? i actually
used my old life on mars setting and just changed the show and folder names
accordingly.
