i want to know who ever crossed jordan not to do it again or he/she will pay
dearly for it and he`s getting pissed off that people are always crossing him.
or do you mean crossing the river jordan or the model jordan.

bones is not a "rip-off" of crossing jordan, and in plain sight is *nothing* even close to bones,
particularly in the quality of the show.

if anything, crossing jordan is a "rip-off" of quincy like toyota blatantly ripped-off henry ford because
the prius has four tires and a steering wheel. same with ips and bones.

ips is pretty bad, and i'm pretty generous when it comes to suspending disbelief. the show must have
been written by committee with everybody taken something from another show and throwing every
cliche in the book, into the script.

it's as though somebody said "nobody's done a series about the marshal service since jeff fahey in the
marshal, so let's do one. and nobody's done a *good* series about the marshal service since jeff
fahey's the marshall, so let's not start."

"let's make it about two marshals, and get this-- they work together but they're not partners! the
audience will never see that coming!"

"ooh! ooh! francis, let's make the "star" a girl!! nobody's done that before! and she can be like that
kick-a** girl on that outer space show-- you know, who flies those jets... rattlers. yeah, that's the
ticket."

"let's throw in a mom who's a drunk but has great tas, and a little sister who..."

"and-- let's make the marshal service look a little like something out of a bad mad max: road warrior
remake!!"


maybe there's enough talent somewhere to pull the show out of it's tailspin (and it hasn't even left the
ground yet). but this was a really bad debut.

there's been better premises written on a cocktail napkin at a nudie bar.

if anything is being ripped-off, it's the marshal service, the audience, and the sponsors. the show
would do better to rip off mary's shirt. maybe.

by the way, the first torrent looked great in os x and vlc.
