EZTV's Servers

i was just curious on eztv's current server setup. ive been a member from
almost the day eztv started and it has obviously come a long long way so i was
wondering what kind of server setup eztv has to maintain to handle this load.

im not talking about the servers that are donated for all the seeding, im
simply talking about just the servers that are used to host the main website
and forum.

if you dont know the specific specs thats fine, im just curious does anyone
know how many servers they're running to serve the website and the forum? also
where are these servers located? netherlands maybe? 100mbit line? 10mbit line?
thanks for serving my curiosity and im sure they're are a bunch of other geeks
on here that wouldnt mind getting the geeky specifics either. im just trying
to get an idea on the amount of servers you guys can get away with for having
to serve such a high demand. so if you do have server specs thats awesome to
but if not just the amount of servers would be fine, like for example 3 for
the main page, 1 for the forum and maybe 2 mysql servers or what?

all i will say is that present there are 9 servers. this will be expanding soon.

thanks for the info. 1 more thing, if you dont mind me asking do you know how
the breakdown of those servers work? im in school right now learning about
clustering and server farms so im just trying to get an idea of what amount of
servers you guys are able to get away with for a website with so much traffic
and still keep it as stable and as fast as it is. i find it extremely
interesting. like do you know how many of those are for the main page and how
many are meant for the forum or mysql database? are those 9 servers all just
used for the website portion or are you counting some of the servers you guys
use as the core seed servers to distribute to the rest of the main seed
servers that users donate?

if you cant answer i completely understand, and ill be happy with any info at
all that you can provide.

also what kind of traffic does the eztv main page get? do you know how many
unique's a month or even a day the main site gets? im just curious of how many
people actually come to the eztv main page to get there torrents, vs how many
people simply get them from your eztv account on mininova. again you dont have
to answer im just curious and would appreciate any info you can give.

the only information i will inform you of is that we get on average 8mil unique
visits a month.

information private on the daily operations of the eztv network.
