you want to know why it's possibly better?, because ct is barely in it...
it's actually one of rtd's best efforts in a long time, funny how it follows a
moffet episode, the man is going down in flames in forums, he needed to prove
he still has something left in him worth watching.

it isn't a davies episode without a gay/lesbian reference.
this episode was little more than a one-note piano. it started tapping away at
the beginning and never changed. what was okay became tedious.
"it was considerably more better than last weeks two parter." better than the
last two? this grammatical faux pau is very appropriate for this sub par episode.

and it just wouldn't be a doctor who comment thread without some sexually
insecure twit obsessing over a throwaway line because it might hint at the fact
that some boys like boys and some girls like girls.

i love torchwood.
by the way, the children are eventually going to find out about the gays you
know. i see no benefit from hiding reality from them. particularly when it's a
totally harmless reality.
but good luck with the whole denial thing!

denial? i know gays are real, i just feel that they have no place in a
childrens' show.
oh, as for being "insecure", who was is that just had to post a pro-gay comment
because someone else expressed an opinion? nice job fooling yourself into
believing that you're secure. lol

calling that guy a biggot? not like this is a race issue here (but rather 100%
different).
mean while in reality doctor who is about 20x less if any at all (usually none
at all) when it comes to gay comments in comparison to torchwood which in s02
does look more like gay as folk with sci-fi thrown in (which ruined the stinking
show).
i think a way to say a point the other guy was trying to get across is brutal
torture (or some other bad thing) is out there too but that doesn't mean kids or
anyone needs to see it on tv or movies

i'm not going to get involved in the sexual orientation arguement other than
to say that i didn't even pick it up in the ep, my girlfriend had to point it
out to me.
and this was possibly the worst doctor who ep i have ever seen. a twilight
zone/next generations love child? come on, if you want pre-historic american
crap then go watch tv1.
amdin : we have rules about spoilers, please follow them and read site news

blame russell t davies for lowering the necessary viewer age of the show (hell
look at s04e01)
h**p://youtube.com/watch?v=ouwggrd51ja
some of the new scene part is biased and leaves out obvious action in the 2005
series but still interesting points

like someone else pointed out, i didn't even notice any sexual comments until i
read this post, so i don't think it's anything worth arguing about.
as for this episode, i liked it quite much. maybe wasn't the best episode ever,
but it was strong on emotions and oh so well played by tennant. the last ten
minutes were one of my favorite scenes. the fact that ct wasn't there for the
most part was just an added bonus. nothing against the actress or her character,
but frankly she isn't my favorite companion.
in the end, i think this episode is quite worth watching.

really? i thought is was a good one as well, but i think the one statues that
come alive is still the best. season 3 i think that one was. that one was
really creepy.
