Need help with IRC channel

i was having problems with my irc client chatzilla and now that i am able to get
it started again i find that my ip is banned and can not connect to the
network/channel.

i assume this is temporary but would like to understand why it happened to avoid
it in the future.

help me learn, i'm new to "i.r.c" chat.




p.s this posting form recognized the word "i.r.c." (without the periods) as an

well after reading this i'm not sure if i should write... lol
i am an old lady with pretty good bandwidth. i would love to help
seed but the i.r.c. id something i don't understand. wouldn't it be
easier to chat with skype or paltalk that use open mics or typing?
another might be a chatroom on this site. i think more people would
help if it were a little easier.

guys what the frak,i can never find what the ascii cookie is to get accepted in the irc.

i havent seen what you are talking about for a few years, try a different server?

using mirc i had mine connect using "random efnet server" and in 6ish years have seen the ascii
cookie once
