heh talk about turning aussie crawl into a cringe ... imho the scene is being really slack with atlantis capping - slow to release and usually 2nd rate until repacked if ya really like daniel j catch his new (not so goodie2shoes) character on burn notice! |

yeah i heard its nuked.. if you play it, frame by frame, you can just see a pixel out of place on rodneys top lip, for a split second, he looks like the spitting image of adolf hitler? wtf are you doing to our hero's?? this place gets worse! guess i'm just gonna have to wait for the absolutely-genuine-honest-to-goodness-proper-pucka-real-deal-1st-rate-final-repacked-repack, thats if they ever get around to releasing it, of course :) |

stargate universe is more or less aimed at young kids..so no id hardly call it a replacement show. also heard from the grapevine there will be no new sg-1 movies..despite doing extremely well in sales..mgm have decided to go with atlantis movies instead which will air on shy fi exclusively in some type of stupid exclusivity deal...mgm must have mentally challenged chimps working for them...after sg-1 was cancelled they should have challenged shite fly and recovered their broadcast agreement and sold to a better network, sci fi channel is joke...the only identity it has is a shite one lolol i agree its a shame this show had to be canned..but the writing was on the wall for a long time...constant sacking of favorite characters, absolutely woeful story lines, atlantis could have been so much more if the writers could have really gived a damn, shocking that there are now more bad episodes this season than good ones, after watching this episode i realised its not the show that needs canning its the clowns writing for it...much like star trek the show needed new writers a new injection unfortunately like trek its exactly the same formula every other week these days. it truly is sad to see a loved show, being treated with such absolute dire story lines...after season 1 it began to go down hill...a couple of good episodes here and there each season, but the episode storylines where exactly the same re hashed garbage from other episodes...its what happens when the same people write script after script you get to the point where you do nothing but rehash the same episodes over and over and people wont put up with it..hence why the show needed new direction and new writers for fresh story telling. i had respect for these producers but with all screwing around with atlantis over the past 3 or 4 years they have completely lost it. |

stargate universe sounds terrible. "after unlocking the mystery of the stargate's ninth chevron, a team of explorers travels to an unmanned starship called the destiny, launched by the ancients at the height of their civilization as a grand experiment set in motion, but never completed. what starts as a simple reconnaissance turns into a never ending mission, as the stargate universe crew discovers the ship is unable to return to earth, and they must now fend for themselves aboard the destiny. the crew will travel to the far reaches of the universe, connecting with each of the previously launched stargates, thus fulfilling the destiny's original mission. challenges will arise though as the ship comes into range of stargates placed centuries ahead of the destiny and the crew is unable to control the ship's navigational schedule. if someone is left behind, there is no way to go back for them, adding to the drama of encountering new races, enemies and adventures." sounds like voyager and sliders had a kid and had it adopted by stargate. |

wow, the series that has character development and adult themes is aimed at younger audiences where as the sg-1 and sga 1 dimensional cartoonish characters in power ranger-esque same enemy every week same outcome shows are clearly mature entertainment. "but, but, it has pew pew lazers and esplosions" how old are you guys that write this conflicting garbage because your pretty mixed up in the head. |
