i know, that this one has been an older thread, but i think, that quite a lot of
people are looking for that episode, since 12x06 the only one "missing" from
this season.

i've poked and prodded every source i can for this - but i'm starting to think
that the kingdom rip which is supposedly out there doesn't actually exist. it's
not even at bitmetv after all this time, so it's obviously hard to get hold of.
