guess the file was longer than 45 minutes, which means scene
rules kick in and
force them to go to 700mb. stupid rule in my opinion, but the scene is the
scene. at least it explains why there is no hdtv release, since it would have
only been 175mb smaller than the hr.
what do you mean by "the scene"? and what rules are you talking about?

"the scene" is the collective name for all the groups that cap the tv (and rip
the software, and movies, and the rest of it). and scene groups follow scene rules.

the mm release is not 4-5 minutes shorter, it's exactly the same length as this
one, only encoded differently so it fits into the normal file size.
