sorry, much of the early info said no picking up alien crew members, with the format i'd say it may be one plot point that stays true, although when current cast members are not working, you have to wonder if that will go out the window in season 2, if it gets a second season. having just said that, if your after spoilers, look at some future episode descriptions over at tvdotcom, could be something come about to change current cast dynamics at some point. |

keep in mind that dwarf stars do produce more energy and more exotic particles than normal stars do, since they are more dense and must produce an exponential amount of energy to keep from collapsing in on itself. |

even with our non-sophisticated photovoltaic technology today, a huge range of the em spectrum can be used to generate a current. all you need is an energy value above the semiconductor's operating threshold. i simply bet that there will be some deus ex machina to save the day. |
