it used to happen all the time, even with scene rips, but now that you mention it, it has been awhile since i've seen that happen, at least a couple of years. sometimes it was an honest mistake, but the fun ones were when two groups would "fight" over their numbering scheme, either because one counted a two-hour pilot as "ep 1" and the other as 1 & 2, or when shows like gray's anatomy would do a recap show, and one group would skip it while the other included it. (and even more confusing when both instances would happen with one series!) would've been funny if it hadn't been so frustrating.  anyhow, for anyone outside the us, or those waiting for a download, i'm pulling down ep 11 now from hulu and will post it soon, unless someone beats me to it. i don't have eztv upload privileges, nor am i connected with any release groups, so i'll just up it to demonoid, zoink the torrent, then post the link here (if that's alright). i'll also post the link to the eztv forums so someone can make use of it if they want (or move the file to a preferred tracker then re-post it --whatever the protocol is). |

@artgrrrl i do understand his frustration, and under normal circumstances his comment would've been warranted, i think. it's just that, in this instance, he forgot to take his own advice, and didn't realize the info had changed, thus making your question perfectly legit. oh, and now that i've downloaded and watched both eps, i can finally answer the question for sure: nbc did, indeed, change their previously stated plans. the two eps are in proper order, so no worries there, but yeah, instead of skipping ep 10 (with plans to put it on the web) and then airing ep 11, they ended up doing the reverse, and airing ep 10 instead, then putting 11 on the web. very confusing for those of us that saw their original posts on the subject and were expecting the opposite (especially since i could find nothing mentioning those previous posts, nor informing us of the switch -- everything merely reflects what actually happened now). ok, for those of you who are wanting an xvid version, snkiz over on demonoid did an excellent conversion of the flv file, and upped it to another tracker. i've downloaded it and checked the quality, and it's excellent. you can get the conversion here: http://www.kickasstorrents.com/persons-unknown-s01e11-webrip-xvid-itme-t4365725.html |

if you have a mac and media link you can stream it right to your ps3 and your tv. it is converted on the fly. it looks block-y but quite acceptable. it didn't work using ps3 media server for mac, but it might work on the windows version. i also tried converting it with a couple of mac apps, but neither would do the job. they both returned error message. |
