unlike these other monkeys who complain about the size of the file, i say to the poster, thank you. for someone who doesn't get sci-fi in the usa or the movie network here in canada and would likely have to wait a year just to see these episodes, thank you. |

i know that every one hates that big sized tv rips, but actually downloading the file to watch and appreciate them for what they are, is what the person who has downloaded them has intended. lets cut the moaning and grumbling. i role on atlantis.. i cant wait for sg-1 to return... |

i'd venture that the vlc suggestion was for the guy who couldn't watch this (hd) version, not for the ones who can't get to the 350 site :-) vlc and mplayer have never yet let me down when watching these files. my thanks to the poster and people who made the file. hd rocks, keep them coming. |

ok, do u know any standalone dvd/divx player with vlc inside, or with hdtv support? because watching tv shows on notebook is somehow silly, no matter how big screen is - why let old good tv set collect dust? and this 700mb hdtv rips won't play.... |

to anyone that can't play this on their dvd player: http://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=273901 ![]() this is an ok guide on how to convert the 700mb files, i'm not an expert and i managed ![]() the latest version of autogk is a lot easier to use than previous versions tho i don't think you need the extras that the guide mentions. it even configures the xvid codec settings for you which i've always got stuck on in the past! the options screen looks scary (ctrl-f9 to get to it) but most of the default settings are fine, you just need to enable the standalone support & ess at the bottom right. be warned, if you only have a slow processor it may be quicker to just download a 350mb version, i'm sure there will be one on mininova/demonoid soon if not already. hope this helps! |
