guys - where did you get the info about the show being cancelled and when? if they have it is a shame - it was slow to start but was getting much better - last i heard, the writers etc had said that the show would pan out over 5 seasons and that the point would become clear regarding destiny's mission. |

well, it appears that syfy have cancelled it due to the poor viewing figures in the usa - down to around 1 million - that is why it has been cancelled. damn it - no more of the gorgeous julia benson............grrrrrrrrrr!!!!

damn-it!!!!!! they made a lier out of me, i had money on it from the start, even before watching the pilot, that we would at least get to the mid season break in season 3  (my formula? sg1 = 10yr, sga = 5yr :- sgu must = 2.5yr) |

the big mistake was that mgm let syfy coproduce it.. i hope mgm will give the go ahead for the stargate movies that are on hold.. syfy is dying from the piece of shit movies they produce. |

you are right deregtx - syfy fooked it up - even over here in the uk syfy has a bad name. my only concern is - are they going to kill it dead and leave the story open (a little bit like dark angel) or are they going to refilm the end episode with destiny 'suddenly and within the realms of a miracle' reaching it's goal and it having a really bad ending as they meet a little bald headed green man named bob - you know what i mean. end it at ep20 - severe all ties with syfy and finish the journey by a straight to dvd film. |

it would seem so apparently the new exec at syfy is an drongo who wants to make syfy like the fox network full of pussy programs i like to see someone ddos syfy just to piss them off like they have loyal viewers |

syfy has canceled stargate universe. the final 10 episodes of the series, set to air this spring will be its last. while predicting outcomes is much more difficult on cable than broadcast, it had been pulling a 0.5 rating with adults 18-49 in its most recent airings. holiday-themed episodes of eureka and warehouse 13 last week performed 40% and 60% better respectively than the most recent original of sgu. see h p:// www.tvrage.com/stargate_universe/news/?read_news=6458

omg why is it always that they scrap great programs.... just not fair. but on the plus side when those aliens come on 2012 and wipe out all of us. at least we will know they was out there after all |

i hate syfy!! so many shows they cancel part way through! why let us watch 30 episodes of a show, just to cancel it? seriously, ether make a show, or dont. dont change your mind part way through! hate syfy for this. hate hate hate! |
