Blip on 30 Rock

does everyone else have the problem on the new 30 rock where jack is saying
something then it "blips" and you sort of miss what he's saying?

also, if anyone saw it on nbc, what did he say? i got the most of it but would
still like to know anyway.

maybe ask nbc?
