while we are at it ... you do realise that the episode you want to post is 4
months old ? right ?

there were timely `standard` 350mb and `high def` 700mb releases, as well as
ipod & psp tailored version, released by well known groups with well known
quality standards.
these are still well seeded.

is there some compelling reason why the file you have would be of more
interest to a potential viewer than the above ?

maybe ask in a more appropriate forum?
