Need help

not sure if anyone here can help me. i just recently had to re-install my
computer and i lost everything. now whenever i download my shows all i get is
the sound when before i was able to watch them with no problems. i got all the
windows updates and am running windows media player 10. can anyone help me out.
i can hear the sound just fine, just the video doesn't come through.

thanks for the help yall. it was my codecs and after i updated windows like 7
times it finally told me that. thanks again i got the codecs i am needed and am
back up running!

make sure you reinstall all the trojans too. very important. let me know if this helps.
