you should know that 4 is a frequency, and different areas have differnt
broadcasting systems on different station numbers. saying 4 is about one of the
east effective ways to get your message across. you can say its on 4 in ny, or
say its on nbc, abc, cw.....etc.....saying '4' is just....not at all useful.
