50%

hi

is anyone having problems in regards to download speeds once the file hits
approx 50%?

i know its not a configuration problem as i can max out my connection 800 kb/s
until 50% then it drops top under 50kb/s.

it's not a seed problem as i normally d/l the shows a week or two after they
have been released.

i was just wondering does the tracker cap your speed if you d/l to fast?

its not my isp as they don't shape p2p

the client i am using is utorrent on xp pro sp2
i have also tried azureus and bitcomet all slow down at the 50% mark.

any help would be appreciated
