SHOULD DHT BE ENABLED?

hi i was wondering when downloading the shows using the torrents from eztv
especially the latest episodes out should the dht function be enabled in
utorrent i am not sure whether this will help of hinder download speeds
regardless of the seed to peer ratio?

turn it on.

it allows the peer swarm to communicate even when the tracker is down or
overloaded.

it's not (directly) a speed related matter.
