Rome S02E07 HDTV XviD-LOL [eztv] on minonova - is it valid?

this torrent is available to download on mininova but i can't find a mention
of it on the eztv web-site.

according to mininova it has been there for 5 hours. is this a valid torrent?

if you look at the person who posted it, it seems to be eztv.... maybe they
did not post it here, because apparently peoplewho download rome torrents are
being tracked down by hbo... anyways i think i ll give it a try....
