Life on Mars

just a heads up that there will be no new "life on mars" released this week as
it didn't air. the reason being bbc1 had a documentary special. hopefully
everything will get back to normal next week.

on a different note: itv4 in the uk have started to air "smith". tonight was
episode 1, so if all goes to plan we may see pdtv releases of episodes 01x05-
01x08. this should be great because episode 8 was never aired or shown on the
cbs website, so no one has seen it! similarly in the case of "day break" that
is airing on bravo from this week. pdtv versions of the web-ripped 01x07-01x13
may soon be available..

bbc4 had been running episodes a week ahead of their bbc1 broadcast. bbc4 was
where the episodes were being capped.

however, last week, the bbc1 broadcast was cancelled due to a football match,
in order to stop from getting 2 weeks ahead of bbc1, bbc4 decided to rerun
episode 1 of the current season. this week bbc1 aired episode 3, which was
aired on bbc4 2 weeks ago, but starting from tonight bbc4 no longer air the
following episode straight after the bbc1 broadcast, but will instead be
showing the episode prior to the one just seen on bbc1.

so next week and the following 4 weeks there will be new life on mars, only
now coming from bbc1 rather than bbc4.

oh ok so now they are getting it back on track so the episodes air at the
original expected release date and not a week early
