RSS Tutorial page won't load

i can't get the rss tutorial page to load. i'm using the following address:

i keep getting an "internet explorer cannot display this webpage" error. any
thoughts on what might be the problem?

your computer is the problem, have tested it in ie4/5/6/7, ff1/2, opera and all
works fine.

stop posting stupid comments when problem is always with your pc heh.
