well ep 8 was available here over two weeks before the published air date.
ep 9 is available elsewhere...so fair question.
i guess it'll turn up.

i do not see e09 listed on demand.
i do not see e09 on any of the prominent torrent sites.
i do not see e09 on any other network in any other country.

where is this "elsewhere" that you refer to?

we had e08, as well as other previoius episodes, available on our site early because the scene
capped them from on demand. however, the scene has not capped e09 because it is has not
aired and it was not made available early on demand like previous episodes were.
