to stop this whole 313/401 debate, look right here: amazon.com/entourage-season-three-part-1/dp/b000mlwq68/ in fact you shouldn't even have to follow the link, just read it. |

let me rephrase what i said earlier, then: i've never heard of someone outside the us getting a notice from their isp about downloading a television show. thankfully, companies besides hbo don't really care about tv downloading... yet. |

i am using utorrent and a funny thing is happening, i get a client connecting to me that is the ip address of my router and it keeps changing client ids from [fake] utorrent (different versions) to bitcomet to mainline to transmission/0006 or 0005 among others. anyone ever seen this before? |

i've seen the transmission/0006 or 0005 and i thought it was really suspicious. however, i did not see it change...still weird. i mean, what's transmission/0006 or 0005? |

i am in canada and i got a message from my isp. i know tons of people who have been warned. though here the isp's do no tell the studios who you are - the studios do the check, find the isp and then call them. the isp then calls you and never tells the studio who you are. laws are different here - i'd say australia's are similar :-) i have downloaded all these and not been warned - best to get in and out as quick as you can though. good luck. |
