Torrent hashes ? You can certainly create new .torrent files out of your existing data but there's no guarantee that the new torrent hash will match those old torrents. The other issue is that you can't re-seed an old torrent without its .torrent file (having the torrent hash or magnet link is not enough). You'd need to create a new .torrent with the same exact hash from the old torrent(s) in order to re- seed to the old torrent swarm.
