Should I watch Fox\\\' Drive ??

is it a good idea to start watching fox' new show 'drive'?? (which starts
sunday). almost every new show on fox gets cancelled after a few episodes,
except for the stupid ones like are you smarter then a 5th grader?. and later
on when the show gets cancelled ,then we'll just have to figure out ourselves
how to watch the remaining episodes, and when you're in the middle of a story
then that could be quite frustrating... drive doesn't look very bad though, it
looks quite promising. so what do you think???

this just me but i think it looks great. cars+ race+ different story lines = winner

well if you are one of those people who can't get enough of the amazing race (
like me ), then you're gonna love the show. and the plot line is not too bad
either. and i have the feeling this show won't get cancelled anytime soon. it
looks promising ( if lost is any indication ).

i like the premise--canonball run was such a fun movie--but the commercial
looked like such crap. i think i\'ll pass for a while and if it catches on, then
i\'ll catch up this summer.

anybody watching thank god you\'re here? i\'m going to pass on that as well,
\'cause it too looks like crap, but my wife said it got a pretty good review on
npr, and i always liked whose line.

horrible show imho

i watched the two hour premiere of drive tonight as well and found it very
watchable. lots of action, a bit of drama and a nice blend of humor to round
it out. sure, it could be compared to the amazing race, but why not enjoy it
for what it is and hope it lasts. it's not meant to replace prison break but
instead just fill the slot since pb is gone until the fall now. i think this
might be a really entertaining show if the first 2 episodes are any
indication. i enjoyed it anyway...just my opinion. =)

you should definitely watch it.
i know how you feel about fox cancelling every good show.
but that doesn't mean that you can't watch something good while it lasts.
i loved firefly, wonderfalls and the inside. i was pissed when they got
cancelled, but i was glad that i decided to watch those shows.

and it's tim minear and nathan fillion. how could anybody miss this show? it's
an explosive combination, imo.
and you're going to love the characters. there are some pretty good actors in
it.

i guess my thread was moved to this thread on what yall thought of the new
drive... i didn't mean replace the show like prison break is gone forever, i
meant the slot is being replaced for now... and it happened to be that monday
fox had two extremely addicting shows, prison break and then 24... i don't know
if drive will be able to continue it, although i did enjoy the 2 hour premier,
so it's not like the slot was ruined, and hell, it could be as good or even
better as the season goes on. quite frankly i didn't like prison break that much
at first. 24 i got hooked on after the first episode, i watched the 3rd and 4th
season within 3 days. i generally don't even watch tv, so that just shows what i
thought of 24. prison break was almost as good as 24 once i got involved, i just
don't know about drive though. not a single person died during the premier. all
the shows i like(d), characters are(were) killed off frequently. sopranoes,
prison break, 24, etc.

what the hell is fox\\\ drive? =)

elements of fox\'s vanished and prison break as well as a feel of
2 fast 2 furious. it\'s a fun time to spend in front of the tv.

lots of eye-candy too.
just about every female in the show is a hottie.
lots of clevage and nice rumps.........

well ... this show has something interesting - especially the background story
angle - which will make me stay on it although it didn't have the same impact
during the first three episodes that 'prison break' had. nevertheless, 'drive'
surely has some potential imo.
