About the rss feeds

hi! i'm new t this comunity but i hope i'll be with us a long time.

i've read the rss tutorial and i'm trying to known my id in order to add it to the rss feed link.

how could i know it? my id is natx0 as you can see but how i can know the id in numbers?

so, i understand that it's no longer possible to personalize the rss feeds with "my shows" ?
i'm trying to automatize with azureus the download of "lost" chapters. nowadays it's possible to do that?
