peergardian2 is great,
but........
i have had a problem with it, it would not update the lists the download kept
failing, then i noticed that it was trying to download from university of
manchester which is on its block list.
how stupid is that?

it's supposed to allow those ip's temporarily, but it doesn't always work.
for now, i just disable it when updating the lists.

i switched back to the old list a week or so ago and it seems to be working fine.
