Seedering

i dont know much about it but on the main site it says you can help if you have
a 5mbit connection. i have a 16 mb connection which is apparently very quick.
but i dont know how to help or where to start. i guess seeding is like having a
program open for people to download the show or something??

please explain how to become a seeder?

wel, you need to have atleast 5mbit upload speed, if u have that just give us a
msg in #eztv.

you become a seeder by continuing to leave a torrent open to transferrs after
you have completed downloading it, thus allowing others to continue to
downloading the torrent from you. check out the following web page for

and don't mistake having a 5 mb bandwith, and a 5mb upload bandwith... very
different... 🙂

this is me i have just made a new account as i forgot username for the last one
(lol).

i have found out from my isp that i get 16 m/bit connection and 2.3 mb uploading
unlimited connection (it is not enough for 5mib but i can still help/try?). i
will find irc and try to contact them to help you guys downloading

how do i connect to irc? i am trying with mirc

click on the #eztv logo at the top of this page, it will start mirc and take you
to the channel
