um.. some funny bug on this site

i got this errorrrrrr messages "
warning: invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
on line 19"

i got that after reading a thread, then i click the link (forum)on the menu
above. and it gave me that error. anyone know what it means. also i try to log
in after that error thinking it would let me read or something(like on some
forum u must login to see the board) and it said "failed to login"

tried few times to login and i think 4 times then it logged me in.

anyway just wondering, oh and search button just links to the main forums...

it's not a bug, the website was down for maintenance. you tried to login 4 times
when the mysqld was still offline...
