help me folks, since yesterday my downloading is never over 10kbps my usual was
100 and top ones 300 kbps
do any one knows what is happening???
pleeeeeeeeease help me!!!

either offer a more comprehensive explanation of your your problem, or become a
mechanic.

try a http download - is that ok?
try downing open office via p2p - is that ok?

so, are your ports forwarded?
is your isp throttling you?

what's your p2p client, os, etc...

your isp (virtua) is throttling your connection, only thing that will help is
changing to a different isp
