Discarded Data Help

hi i having been having some problems when deciding on which bittorrent client
to use because i really like using azureus but i find that when my internet
get's capped (crappy isp but not many options around for me) i find that when
using azureus to download a standard 350mb episode i end up discarding around
20mb of data but when i put it into utorrent i only discard between 5 - 8 mb

i really want to use azureus i enjoy the extra features, plugins and gui of it
but i don't like the fact that it discards so much data so if anyone could
help giving me tips on how to reduce the amount of discarded data

i have tried lowering amount of connections tried different sites to see if it
was torrents from one particular site that i was having problems with i
installed peer guardian and made sure block lists were up to date and still to
no avail i still have the problem

my advice? don't waste time. get utorrent.
