Access Denied open failed

just joined, every time i try and get a show i get this message?
can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong?

you don't have to be logged in to download the torrent files, so whatever
problem you are having isn't related to your login, probably an add-on to your
browser or something. if you're using internet explorer, try downloading
firefox. if you're using firefox, try ie.

i down load the file then azureus opens it and that's when it goes red with
the message.
