Connection refused...

i'm trying to fetch an episode of the dresden files (s01e10) and i get chronic
"connection refused" messages. this has been going on for a couple of days. is
this normal? a few weeks ago i downloaded other episodes successfully. has
there been a problem of late, or is it normal to have to wait days to get a
download started?

i'm using bittorrent under fedora core 6. i was able to download torrents from
other sites.

okay, mininova has an active link. and you are right, it seems to have seeds
but just stays with no seeds, red, and undownloadable (even with dht enabled)

update tracker didn't work.

someone on here will know why it is happening (maybe the tracker is a bit
overloaded, altho it normally takes max of 15 mins for me to get a connection
when lost and 24 have just hit)

thanks; at least i know it's not just something that's affecting me. i guess it
will straighten itself out sometime.
