Media player config...

i see threads about dvd players with the usb ports, i have a phillips and a
generic one that have worked well for me and i posted about it in the past...

but now i am thinking about going a little more hitech.

i would like to get a media player to hook up to my tv that is also connected
to my wireless home network. this way i could transfer (drag/drop) my eztv avi
files right to the media player and watch tv. no more hassels.

i have seen system set ups like this at the consumer electronics show (ces) but
i never got the tech info.

does anyone out there have such a set up and could point me in the right
direction????

what exactly do you mean by divx player?? dvd? what i would go for is just a
straight player no dvd involved...just an avi player....
