i think this is by design as opposed to by error. my source also has no file 83.
listening to 82 and 84 it sounds like one continues directly on from the next.
i'll double check this for you though.

okay regarding the name going from 82->84 i checked the appropriate section in
the actual book and there is definitely nothing missing. it is just an
error in the mp3 file naming. there was never supposed to be a file 83. hope
that clears things up
