TV recording

hi,

i want to put a good (and nice) tv card in my mediacenter running winxp pro.
i watch a lot of series, thanks to this site, and sometimes i want to record
something from the cable network in my city.

i have now a pineacle card which shows the divx, xvid and mp4 files very nicely,
but recording is terrible.

so who can advise me a good tv card for sharp pictures both showing and recording?

if you got to the media center website they give a list of cards that they
recommend. i got mine from there and it works great.

i was more hoping for responses from people who record the high quality series i
find on this site.

btw. i tried to find a list on the ms website, but can't...
