azureus is a good client on the mac, cross platform and the mac version is up to date with the
alternatives, being java based its a bit heavy processor wise but manageable. also fairly decent is tomato
torrent, not as many features but its a lighter running application. personally i switched to azureus for dht
and some other things tomato wasnt offering at the time, so i dont know what the tomato app is like now
but it was alright back when
as for players i use vlc but i know you can get the codecs to watch shows in quicktime, and that will let
you watch them in front row with the remote if you're on a newer mac.
good luck, the faq's are quite comprehensive for the basics, but not mac based, so you need to do find
some equivalents, good luck its not too hard to get going if you know where to look and the faqs will help
you out
