DL speeds

hey guys!!!
i am having a problem for about a week now with my dl speeds. for example i am
downloading right now the preair pilot of life and i can't get anywhere above 25
kb/s. i used to max out my connection.
does anyone else have the same problem? i haven't changed equipment. i only
upgraded to utorrent 1.7.2 lately
any ideas or replies would be appreciated

i am sorry if this was an unecessary post. it's just that i 've never had speed
problems in the past with either old or new torrents, so i was wondering if
something was up?

the confusion is arising 'cause goonie is looking at the irc rules (between rss
tutorial and my page), as opposed to the new rules posted in the forum.
so technically you are both right. 🙂

changed the rules page (the one in the nav). hopefully clarifies things a bit.

i download at my max downstream no problem when stuff comes out 🙂
