RSS and Bitcomet

hi all

this is my first post so please be nice (mmm... i sound like a noob, ow well).

anywho, i am trying to work out the best way that i can easily keep up with
downloading new episodes and thought rss would be an idea.
i can see how easily you can do it using azureus but i can't figure out how to
use bitcomet (and the forum at bitcomet is having tech issues).

anyone got any ideas? or should i just go and use yahoo widgets?

get either azureus or the latest build of utorrent they will work with rss
