tracker. both are on different isps.

tried smallville, ugly betty and grey's anatomy all same not connecting.

i'm using utorrent client.

all huge shows, in terms of peer numbers, and on the same night.

expect tracker response to be patchy for a while because they are getting
hammered.

to spread the load a bit and to generally help things along be sure to
manually add in the extra trackers mentioned in the thread :-
"sticky: good links and tips for newbies"
( h__p://www.eztvefnet.org/index.php?forum=view_thread&tid=4554 )
and make sure you have dht turned on.

above all, have a little patience. even if you don't do any of the stuff
above, things will sort themselves out and, given a little time, shit will go
back to happening automagically.

not sure if that goes for the other releases aswell but for grey's anatomy the
problem, at least mine, was that the tracker got blocked by peerguardian as
being from safenet. switching to sumo did the trick =)

why don't these guys just use one of tpb's trackers or something like that? i
mean, they can probably handle the load and they feel more permanent than these
trackers they've used up until now.

you seriously think tpb's trackers :

a) don't get overloaded at times too ?
b) have always been the same machines/ips behind the dns entries ?

uhm, no, i'm sure they have their fair share of high loads. but tpb has a whole
fucking park of servers at their disposal, with backups upon backups. i'm sure
they can manage a little more redundancy than the fellas who run
tracker.istole.it (no offense meant to them, though). sure, tpb has poor speeds
sometimes and not the best connectivity to certain areas of the world, but at
least the torrents would be online more. because the guys here at the sites has
had some significant problems with uptime the last year.

and what does it matter what ip/machine is behind the adress/dns entry? how is
that relevant?

i\'ve experienced nothing but trouble with the istole.it trackers. switching to the piratebay ones makes a world of difference.
