RSS Feed

could someone please help me i'm not so good at this, and sorry for my english
no so good.
i try to make an rss feed in to my asureus vue 3.0.3.0 with the rss feed
scanner plugin and it will not work cant even get to work to search for my
shows that i put in filter. is there someone that have any good instructions
that will help to get to work properly.

yes i have read the tutorial but in the url box there is another adress that
includes someones user id. like this:
thesprawl.se/main/myshows.rss?userid=17211

how should i know wich is mine?

please bear with me i\'m not so good in this and i want to have help in doing
this not to be put aside as a stupid idiot that doesn\'t get anythin.
