What does nuked mean?

i hear it in some of the topics for episodes and i checked the newbie topic and
couldnt find nothing about the topic. so can anyone tell me what it means

it just means that a file has errors of some nature in it, usually out of sync
audio, this warrants the term nuked, shortly afterwards a proper or repack will
appear to replace the nuked file
