Setting up Azureus RSS plugin

i hope this is ok to ask and the right place to ask it, if not i am so sorry,
this is my first post.
i have downloaded the rss feed scanner for azureus onto my computer as a zip
file, where do i extract it to so it will appear as a plugin in the my azureus
tool bar.
i would love to use the rss service but cannot find instructions of how to get
this working.

the tutorial gives you a link to the plugin download and then tells you how to
set it up when it is part of your azureus, but there are not instructions how
to install it, not even on the site you download it from.

i have extracted the zip file but there is no exe. file and nothing installs
you just get a list of files, i would imagine that they have to be put into a
file to make it work but i do not know which file to put it in

found another way of doing it, thanks for your replies
