proxy for dummies guide please...

i was wondering if n e one could help me out with either a lesson or link to
one for how to install a proxy that will let me get back into demonoid (im in
canada) i looked in the newbies guide and saw nothing mentioning it and i
browsed back a few days seeing if n e one else had made a thread like this one
and didnt see one. it would be greatly appreciated as im pretty self taught on
this whole tracker torrent stuff and dont know n e thing about the more
technical angles.

thanks for your help in advance and im sorry if i missed something very
obvious explaining this somewhere in the forum.

edit: sorry for mistype in the thread name im trying to figure out how to edit
it but i am guessin that its an admin thing.
