the nuke reason has changed to

5bad.audio.headers.17min.to.22min.lower.volume.bad.audio.spike.at.22xx14]
14[

5 minute chunk is much lower and theres bad audio spikes at the end of
each 'segment' in the segmented encode. they should normalize their audio if
they are going to segment encode, nothing gives it away more then audio not
matching up volume/sync wise
